About Verification and the Trust Score
Why verify your account?
Verify your account to use more app features, and to have more friends find you and chat with you.
This is especially important for our Travel Pal app, for the safety of all travelers and hosts.

Go to Settings > Account Management > Trust & Verification
ID
- Upload a photo of your ID
- Upload a photo of you with your ID
- Press the Verify Email button
- Click on a link sent to your email
MOBILE
- Make sure you have added your mobile number
- Enter the SMS verification code in the app

NOTE: Doing all three verification steps is optional. The ID, email and/or mobile number that you provide for verification will be kept confidential and will never be displayed in your profile. Only your Trust Score will appear in your profile, displayed as a color-coded shield icon.
